Humpback trio, commons, and bottlenose!

One of the most stunning days in the channel, the water was glassy and skies sunny all day long. We encountered lots of action on our two trips, the sightings are sumarized as follows!

25 Bottlenose Dolphin

1,000 common Dolphin (Long Beak + Short Beak)

We enjoyed common dolphins and bottlenose dolphins today. The glassy sea surface and incredible visibility acted like a portal from our world to theirs! We could see dolphins up to 100 feet under the boat!

The trio of whales we found was a cow, calf and escort. We found the trio from a distance due to the calf's active breaching. The trio slowly meandered south east as their migration towards Mexico is in full swing.
