Juvenile Humpbacks! | 2 Humpbacks, 1500 commons

Nice sea conditions and sunny skies greeted us in the morning.

We trekked west until we found a nice pod of common dolphins surfing the swell. These dolphins led us to a huge feeding frenzy of pelicans, sea lions, and cormorants (we would return to this area later in the day).

Continuing west we found a juvenile humpback whale that would put up its nice all-black tail fluke. We got some nice looks before continuing on.

We later returned to the area where we had all the life to find another juvenile humpback lungefeeding through the bait balls of anchovies. Accompanied by more dolphins, sea lions, and sea birds, it was the perfect way to end our trip.

Until Next Time,

The SBWW Crew
