Beautiful day with lots of wildlife!

We enjoyed a beautiful day in the channel with a light swell and bright sunny skies. We headed east and came upon a large group of ~1,250 common dolphins. The dolphins fed with sea lions and sea birds and lept from the sea! Among them, a shy juvenile humpback made itself known. To not put too much pressure on the shy whale, we turned west for greener (and whalier) waters.
Further west we found more whales. A subadult, followed soon after by a cow/ cow and a male escort. The trio dove in synchrony as we enjoyed their presence in the beautiful channel. In the distance, other whales breached and pec-slapped!
Until NeXT Time,
